Magneti Marelli high carbon sport brake disc set for the ambitious driver.
Compared to standard brake discs high carbon brake discs can resist higher temperatures without distortion.
This characteristic allows to combine them with high-performance sport brake discs e.g. Brembo High Performance, EBC Redstuff / Yellowstuff or Ferodo DS2500 / DS3000.
The Marelli discs are produced by Brembo and correspond to the
Brembo GT Sport brake discs. The main difference is that the Marelli discs are not zinc coated.
They are painted matt black there were the pad will not rub when mounted.
The Magneti Marelli brake discs are delivered with a German TUEV certificate (ABE).
Even the best disc is not invulnerable.
To run the brakes in please read the enclosed papers before setting off on your first journey with your new discs. Never park your car after a hefty drive "down the road", they will distort, always do a "cooling run" so that the discs can cool sufficiently before packing up for the night. Also helpful, every now and again it would be helpful to clean the vents and holes of the discs with compressed air or water.
