Delivery Times

Information about the delivery time

We offer a number of delivery services, DPD, DHL Express, Post and by forwarder for very bulky goods.
The packages are picked up daily between 2 and 3pm. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays in Germany.
Depending on the workload of our dispatch department, orders with payments received before midday will be packed and sent on the same day, otherwise if the payment is received after midday it will be delayed until next working day.

The delivery time states at the products descriptions are for shipments within Germany.
Deliveries abroad need the following additional time:

• Deliveries by DHL Express are very fast (but unfortunately much more expensive than by Post or DPD). There is no additional delivery time! Deliveries within the EU in 1 day, within Europe in 1-2 days and worldwide 2-4 days (except some island destinations like Canary Islands, Réunion etc.).
  
  
• The parcel delivery time by Post or DPD within the European Union is usually 1-2 business days extra in depend on the destination country. DPD is often slightly faster. Please contact us if you are in hurry so that we can find the best way of shipment for your need and budget!
  Deliveries to Canary Islands, Cypres, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania and Spain could take 3-8 days longer by Post.
  Bulky good items need usually 3-14 business days extra!
  
  
• For deliveries to other countries by Post in Europe (outside of the EU) the shipping time is usually 2-8 business days extra, in some cases it can take longer due to the customs clearance procedure.
  
  
• Deliveries in countries outside of Europe will need about 1-10 weeks extra by Post or usually 2-4 business days by DHL Express. Please contact us for details about the shipping time to your country! Deliveries on main routes to e.g. Hong Kong, Japan, United States are much more faster than other destinations who are much more closer located to Germany.

Information on the availability of items

In the meantime we have 1.000 sqm of storage space (500 sqm with high-rack facility), we constantly stock more than 63.000 products for Alfa Romeo and Fiat models.
We have the largest immediate delivery range worldwide of tuning, accessory and fanparts for Alfa Romeo, Abarth and Fiat.

The information "stock item" indicates that this is an article that is constantly stocked by us and usually can be shipped immediately. Unfortunately, it happens occasionally that a stock item is not available (reserved or out of stock).
The exact delivery time can of course be confirmed before placing an order by either phone or email.
