The OE part (complete with lid) is no longer available
This insert can be mounted instead of the OE thermostat insert into the original lid

Variant 1:
only the thermostat insert

Variant 2:
thermostat insert, seal for the thermostat lid and 1x hose clamp for the upper radiator hose
