OE antiroll bar kit for all Alfa 4C (960)
without factory-mounted sports package (option 377) - Since production date approx. 02-2015 are these stabiliser bars incl. (Attention: Because the long delivery times of the 4C in 2015 it could happen, that the newer cars did not came with this sport kit, so please check if your 4C has a stabilisator bar at the rear axle).
The sport stabilisers (also known as Anti-Roll-Kit) serves to inhibit the rolling motion of the 4C at fast speeds, especially in curves and during load changes. The road holding and handling of the vehicle will be therefore improved.
The advantages in detail:
- The body roll is minimized whilst cornering and with fast changes of direction.
- Reduces the load differences between curve inner and outer wheel, in other words a dynamic load transfer.
- The suspension comfort does not change while under load either on the front or rear shock absorbers. This means you get a better handling of the Alfa 4C without any loss of comfort.
For the retrofitting to all 4C which are not equipped with the factory Sport Package.
The Sport Stabiliser Kit consists of:
- Stiffer torsion stabiliser for the front axle (compared to the standard version)
- Stabiliser for the rear axle
- Two stabiliser links (coupling bars) for the rear stabiliser
- Mounting hardware (screws, collar nuts)
