Additional ECU Novitec Powerrail 5 suitable for all JTD(m) engines (also suitable for JTD engines with diesel particulate filter (DPF))

Simple installation: simply connect the wiring harness to the senders. No soldering necessary. Even amateurs can install (and remove) the Powerrail.

With German TUEV-certification for Alfa 145, 146, 147, 156, 166 and GT
Without TUEV-certification for Alfa 159, MiTo, Brera, Spider, MiTo and Giulietta


It is recommended to exchange the original air filter against a K&N or Novitec sports replacement filter to reduce the particulate emissions and to achieve full power.

Novelties of the fifth generation the thousandfold proven Powerrail:
- Sealed (water tight) automotive connector plugs and watertight, sealed ECU case.
- Also suitable for Alfas with diesel particulate filter.
- Turbo boost regulation.

The bypass plug which is available as option can be connected to the Powerrail's cable harness instead of the black ECU box. It allows to drive the Alfa with the factory set-up without removing the Powerrail's cable harness from the engine.

After 15.000 km i confirm the description of the ECU.

More power, less fuel comsuption, no problems whit original ECU.

Good money for value.
