The safety of your personal data has priority by us.
We only use your personal data, like for instance your name, address, payment details for ordering purposes and only for this purpose. We send the items either with the Post or a delivery service, they only become your name and address, nothing else! The only people who are allowed to look into your personal data are the employees of alfisti.net Shop - HV Knuth and nobody else.

With the completion of the order, this includes payment the data is kept for tax purposes, they are blocked so that nobody can get at them except us at alfisti.net Shop - HV Knuth. If you so wish, we can delete your personal details, this might be rather inconvenient if you are wanting to order futher goods. If you wish to either change or delete your personal details all you have to do is log into your personal account and make the changes.

Your order can be made using SSL, the safe but slow method, we are still working on this option!

To make shopping and ordering as easy as possible we keep your personal data (name & address), see above, to make things run quicker, this is optional, you can ask for the details to be deleted, see above, or you can specify that nobody else can look into your personal data other than myself. All the data that we have on our server is protected by a firewall and no bank details are allowed to be saved in the internet area!

In the online shop we use "cookies", we hope that you don't always delete these, if you do, well never mind that is up to you.

We normally send our items in insured parcels unless otherwise wished. The contents of the insured parcel are insured against loss and/or damage, the uninsured parcel is not.
